Our team offers different shipping methods and different services can be arranged on request. Please contact us at info@kertesh.com or call on (+961)-5-951155 to be informed about all the personalized service we can provide.

LEBANON DELIVERY

All orders placed before 3 pm time Monday to Friday will be eligible for next day delivery. If any order is place after 3 pm, it will be process on the next working day. Orders placed on Friday after 1 pm will be processed the same day but will be shipped the following business day. Please aware that all deliveries must be signed for, so do make sure that there will be someone present at the delivery address.

WORLDWIDE DELIVERY

Kertesh offers different shipping methods and different services can be arranged on request. We closely work with DHL. Those shipping methods takes 14 – 21 working days to deliver your order. Please be informed that certain countries might take longer due to restrictions in shipping to those particular destinations.

At the moment we only ship in Lebanon. Please feel free to contact us at info@kertesh.com if you are outside and still would like to make a purchase. We will discuss all the options with you.

TAXES AND DUTIES

You may be susceptible to custom fees.
Custom fees will be charged upon the package reaching the destination country.
Kertesh is not liable for import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in. Payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs.
Kertesh has no control over customs and import tax and we can’t tell you exactly how much you will be charged as customs and import tax varies widely depending on the country you are situated in.
